Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of feelfree.to (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

feelfree.to lets you post activities you’re open to and share them with friends you’ve connected with on the Service. Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar sync) are provided as a convenience and may change or be removed.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Post unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content, or content that violates the rights or privacy of others.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service, or to access data that isn’t yours.
• Use automated systems to scrape, replicate, or republish other users’ activities without their consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the Service for you and the friends you’ve chosen to share it with. You are responsible for what you post and for having the rights to post it.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services (for example, Google sign-in, Google Calendar, and Twilio for SMS). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or become unavailable.

SMS messaging

If you provide a phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us, including one-time verification codes and notifications you have enabled. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by removing your phone number in Settings, disabling SMS notifications, or replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. For support, email [email protected].

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
